Referral reward terms

1. The reward

When you introduce a landlord to Cheerfulrent using your referral link, and they qualify under these terms, we pay you £50. These terms are offered by CHEERFULRENT LIMITED (company 16575846).

2. When a referral qualifies

• The landlord you refer signs up through your referral link and their first monthly management fee is actually collected and not reversed. Signing up, choosing a plan or adding a property is not enough on its own.
• The referred landlord must be new to Cheerfulrent: no existing account, and no earlier signup or enquiry with us in the 12 months before your referral.
• One reward per referred landlord, however many properties they bring.

3. What does not qualify

• Referring yourself, including through a second account.
• Referrals between accounts that share an address, a bank account or a company, or that we reasonably believe are controlled by the same person.

4. Payment

• We pay by bank transfer within 30 days of the referral qualifying. We will ask you for your bank details at that point.
• You can receive at most 10 rewards in any 12-month period.
• We may withhold or reclaim a reward where we reasonably suspect fraud or abuse, or where the referred landlord's first fee is refunded or reversed.

5. Who can take part

You must be 18 or over. A reward may count as taxable income; declaring it is your responsibility.

6. Changes

We may change or end the referral reward. Referrals made through your link before a change keep the terms that applied when the referred landlord signed up. Questions: admin@cheerfulrent.com.
